The NC State Women’s Basketball team (26-6) has earned a #2 seed in the 2025 NCAA Tournament, which means they will be hosting the first two rounds in Raleigh.

The Wolfpack will play #15 seed Vermont on Saturday, and if they defeat the Catamounts, they will face the winner of the game between #7 seed Michigan State and #10 seed Harvard on Monday.
The Catamounts, with an overall record of 21-12, pulled off an upset as the #2 seed by defeating #1 seed Albany 62-55 to win the America East Conference Tournament.
