NC State’s Women’s Basketball team improved to 6-3 today, crushing Old Dominion 86-55 at home.
The Wolfpack completely shut down the Monarchs offensively, holding them to 29% shooting from the field, 18.5% from three and 58.8% from the free throw line.
NC State dominated ODU on the glass, snagging 16 more boards (55-39).
Freshman Guard Zam Jones led the Wolfpack with 15 points (5-14 FG), and tied for the team lead in assists (4). Shockingly, Jones led the team with 3 blocks.
Senior Guard Saniya Rivers had 14 points (3-7 FG) and a team high 3 steals.
