NC State basketball commit Saddiq Bey (6’7”/195) is off to a hot start in his first week of his senior season.
Last Friday, Sidwell Friends lost to Virginia Academy 47-49 in the DC Tip-Off, but Bey had 21 points (57%) and 11 rebounds.

The following day, Sidwell Friends beat McDonogh 53-44 in the Morgan Wooten Classic. Bey had 24 points and 7 rebounds.
