N.C. State Assistant Rob Moxley Out of Hospital

N.C. State Wolfpack assistant basketball coach Rob Moxley has been released from a local hospital, per the Associated Press.

Moxley was admitted to Rex Hospital in Raleigh last week for an unspecified emergency medical issue. He has been home since Monday night and is recovering there. The university has said that Moxley is making “significant progress” in his recovery.

Moxley has been an assistant on head coach Mark Gottfried’s staff for the past four seasons. In that span, N.C. State has made the Sweet Sixteen twice and established itself as a tough defensive squad in the offense-happy ACC.
