RALEIGH, N.C. -- North Carolina State says assistant men's basketball coach Rob Moxley is out of the hospital and recovering at home from an unspecified medical issue.
In a statement Wednesday, the school said Moxley was released from Rex Hospital on Monday evening after making "significant progress" in his recovery from an emergency medical condition.
The school has not revealed the reason for Moxley's hospitalization, citing privacy for the family.
The 46-year-old Moxley has been an assistant throughout Gottfried's four-year Wolfpack tenure.
