Nebraska offered Payne on November 22nd.
It’s a good sign that Payne will be taking his Official Visit to Raleigh this upcoming weekend.
Wolfpack commit @Pheldarius had 7 tackles, 2.5 TFL, 1 fumble recovery and a TD in the NJCAA National Championship game last week.
