2025 NC State baseball commit Luke Hemric threw a no-hitter on Friday night, leading Apex Friendship to a 4-0 win over Green Hope. Hemric struck out 18, while walking only one. Out of his 100 total pitches, 69 were strikes.
In three starts this year, Hemric has struck out 32 batters in 14 innings pitched, boasting a 0.50 ERA, with opponents batting .146.
As a junior last year for the Patriots, the Wolfpack commit was 4-2 with a 3.69 ERA, striking out 67 batters in 43.2 innings.
