This past weekend marked the fifth week of high school football. Before Week 6 gets fully under way tonight, here’s a breakdown of how NC State’s 2019 commits did last week.
4-star Defensive Tackle CJ Clark and the North Stanly Comets fell to the Northwest Cabarrus Trojans 24-28. Clark had 8 tackles and 1 sack in the loss. North Stanly is now 2-2 in 2018. Through 4 games, Clark has 36 tackles, including 27 solo, a sack, and three quarterback hurries.
4-star Safety Khalid Martin and the East Forsyth High School Eagles (4-0) shut out a team in a major way for the 2nd straight week, this time blanking the Carver Yellow Jackets 60-0.
