N.C. State’s Maverick Rowan won’t play tonight against Illinois, source told ESPN. Has missed last five games (concussion).

This would be 19 straight days Maverick has been suffering from concussion symptoms. While Symptoms typically don’t last quite this long this is not anything too uncommon. Though usually the case in football, players have missed significant time on occasion from a single concussion.
Hopefully Rowan can recover soon as his shooting ability and length have been missed, especially against smaller lineups. Maverick has only played 1 regular season game to this point scoring 17 points and pulling down 9 rebounds against Georgia Southern.
