Former NC State Cornerback Jack Tocho has signed a Reserve/Futures contract with the Vikings. He was drafted by Minnesota in the 7th round of the 2017 NFL Draft.
Tocho spent last season on the Vikings practice squad. He was released three times, and then re-signed by them three times.
There was an offer on the table to join the Houston Texans, but in the end, Tocho wanted to continue to build upon the foundation that has been laid in Minnesota.
“I just looked at the situation moving forward and how much I learned playing in this defense playing the safety position,’’ said Tocho, who was a cornerback at North Carolina State.
