N.C. State lost to Kentucky 8-6 Sunday night, giving both teams one loss in the double-elimination regionals of the NCAA baseball tournament.
The Wolfpack and Wildcats play again Monday at 7 p.m. with the winner advancing to the super regionals.
North Carolina was eliminated Sunday night when it lost 2-1 to Davidson.
