Belichick signed a 5-year deal that pays out $10 million annually. His annual salary is tied for the 6th highest in college football.
The first three years of the contract are guaranteed, but year 4 and 5 are not. If Belichick decided to leave for another position (college or pro) before June 1st of next year, they would have to pay $10 million.
