Graduate Transfer WR Tabari Hines Signs Letter of Intent to Play at NC State

Today is National Signing Day, and the first signed letter of intent that NC State received was from Graduate Transfer Tabari Hines (5’10″/175).

A graduate transfer WR with ACC ties, has tallied over 1,500 career yards receiving and 14 TDs.

The former Wake Forest and Oregon wide receiver took an official visit to NC State on the last weekend of January, and committed to run with the Wolfpack on January 27th.

Hines was a 3-star prospect in the 2015 class, holding offers from Wake Forest and Duke.
