Graduate transfer wide receiver Tabari Hines was in Raleigh this weekend along with a bunch of other recruits, and he decided to commit to NC State. This is going to be a little strange at first, what with the fact that Hines spent three seasons at Wake Forest, and also he usually played well against the Wolfpack.
Hines spent three seasons playing for the Deacs before deciding to transfer to Oregon. His one season there was cut short by a knee injury that limited him to four games. The NCAA gave Hines a fifth year of eligibility because of the injury, and here we are.
