After being released by the Jacksonville on Saturday (August 26), the New Orleans Saints snatched former NC State Linebacker Audie Cole out of free agency yesterday. The Jaguars had signed Cole to a two-year deal worth $2.6 million back in March.
Cole is entering his 6th season, having spent his first 5 seasons with the Minnesota Vikings, who drafted him in the 7th round of the 2012 NFL Draft.
Audie appeared in 57 career games with the Minnesota Vikings since 2012. He’s started seven total games and recorded 85 career tackles with a sack and two passes defended.
