Former NC State All-ACC Guard Terquavion Smith made his NBA Debut last night for the 76ers. Smith only played in the final minute of Philly’s 124-109 win over Orlando, but he managed to drain both of the three-pointers he shot (SEE ABOVE).
Smith went undrafted last year, but the 76ers signed him to a 2-way contract as an undrafted free agent. If you’re unfamiliar with what a 2-way contract is, it gives the player the ability to go back-and-forth from a G-League team to that teams NBA Affiliate Team. The player can play a maximum of 50 NBA games on a 2-way contract, while the rest would have to be played in the G-League.
