Earl Wolff Signed by Colts!

Former NC State Safety Earl Wolff was signed by the Indianapolis Colts this morning, after opening up a roster spot by waiving punter Jeff Locke. This is good news for Wolff who was waived by the Redskins back at the beginning of August.

Wolff was drafted by the Philadelphia Eagles in the 5th round in the 2013 NFL draft. He started 6 games during his rookie season, but injured his knee the following year and was placed on injured reserve, resulting in microfracture surgery. He spent time on the Jacksonville Jaguars practice squad in 2015, and was signed to a reserve/future deal.
