Due to Court Ruling, NC State’s Kam Woods Could Technically Play Over the Next 14 Days

Yesterday Judge John Preston Bailey in West Virginia issued a Temporary Restraining Order against the NCAA, which will temporarily make players who are not eligible to play under current NCAA Transfer Rules, able to play during the length of the Restraining Order, which is a period of 14 days.

TRO has been granted.

NCAA can’t enforce its transfer waiver rules.

It’s in effect for 14 days.

The NCAA says it will not prevent multi-time transferring athletes from playing immediately, per a statement to @YahooSports.
