In maybe the biggest surprise of NC State’s National Signing Day, Defensive End Derrick Eason didn’t flip to Notre Dame, and stuck to his verbal commitment by signing his letter of intent to NC State today.

Eason committed to NC State back July 28th of last year, but when the early signing period rolled around in November, he was the only NC State verbal commitment that didn’t sign on the dotted line.
