Collins took an Official Visit to NC State last weekend. He was a 4-Star recruit in the 2021 recruiting class out of Atlanta, Georgia, and ESPN ranked him as the #130 overall player nationally in the class, and was an Under Armour All-American as a Senior.
As a True Freshman in 2021, Collins had 16 receptions for 221 yards in 9 games.
