I understand. ODU isn’t a game that many people are really nervous about, but it also isn’t one that anyone should take lightly. The reason I say that is Ray Lawry.
Lawry is a junior running back for ODU who is on fire to start the season. He’s already put together a bunch of highlight reel runs and two games with pretty gaudy numbers. He went for 172 yards and two TDs on 14 carries and two catches in their drubbing of Hampton Sydney, then turned around and put up 119 yards and a TD on 15 carries versus App State.
