The new College Baseball polls are out, and after losing 4 straight games last week, NC State fell out of the Top-25 rankings of D1Baseball and the NCBWA. Last week D1Baseball had the Wolfpack ranked 12th, and the NCBWA had them ranked 13th.
Despite the disastrous week, Baseball America kept NC State ranked in their Top-25, slotting them at #22.
Somehow the Wolfpack only fell 8 spots in Baseball America’s rankings.
To be honest, I didn’t expect NC State to be ranked by any publication after losing to Liberty, Ohio State, Alabama and Coastal Carolina last week.
