In a bit of big news today, 2023 4-Star Small Forward Dennis Parker II (6’7″/175) signed his National Letter of Intent to play basketball at NC State next year.

Parker verbally committed to NC State on October 26th, so what makes this a big deal? Well, shortly after verbally committing, Parker informed Joe Tipton of ON3 that he was planning on waiting to sign until the Spring.
