3-Star Defensive Tackle Josiah Victor (6’2″/270) has signed his National Letter of Intent to play football at NC State.

Victor verbally committed to run with the Wolfpack on December 1st. He was formerly committed to Boston College, Victor committed to the Golden Eagles on July 4th, and decommitted on November 10th after taking an Official Visit to Raleigh.
