It’s been a bit of an odd season for Nazem Kadri, who has been overshadowed by the point production of the Leafs’ top 2 lines this year. Take a look at his point totals and you’ll notice Kadri produced his lowest goal total since 2011-2012 when he played only 21 games, and his lowest point total since 2014-15. However, scratching a little beneath the top-line numbers, fans will notice Kadri’s season was largely consistent with his past work, and the decline in “other” factors (power play production and shooting percentage) is playing a larger role in his apparent decline.
