It would be best if the Tampa Bay Lightning had an extra forward and an extra defenceman, which they can’t possibly afford with the cap space they have. Based on last season, for the most part the Lightning had two extra forwards and one extra defenseman, which could cost around $3M to have. With that being said, trading must be done.
