The only Game 7 of the conference semifinal round was saved for last, as the New York Rangers and Washington Capitals will battle in a do-or-die affair at Madison Square Garden Wednesday night.
The Presidents' Trophy winners took quite the unconventional path to get here, going down 3-1 in the series and coming within two minutes of elimination in Game 5. From that point on, the Rangers have willed their way back into the series and have pushed things to one final game.
Awaiting the winner are the Tampa Bay Lightning, who join the Anaheim Ducks and Chicago Blackhawks as the only ones left standing for the Stanley Cup.
