The initial reaction from the Senators community is the abundance of goalies currently signed for the 2019-20 season. The Senators currently have 5 goalies under contract for next season including 3 one-way contracts. Mike Condon who is owed $3 million salary next season will most likely be bought out this summer or buried in the minors next season. Craig Anderson still has one year left on his 2-year $9.5 million contract. The Nilsson signing almost guarantees that him and Anderson will be the starting tandem for this upcoming season.
