That was the main focus of the B/R ice hockey collective as it convened for a weekly debate and compilation of new bottom-to-top power rankings. Significant upheaval remained the rule, with a new occupant at the top, some shifting just above the bottom and several in-betweens seeing dramatic rises or falls.
