The Chicago Blackhawks and Brent Seabrook have announced his retirement due to injury today. “I got to play with a tremendous group of players for the best organization in sports,” Seabrook said. “To be a part of the group that brought this franchise back to the top. I gave it all I had.”

For 15 season, Brent Seabrook patrolled the Hawks blue-line and defended its crease. Sadly, injuries have put an end to his tremendous career which includes three Stanley Cup Championships.
“Over a three-month period from December 2019 to February 2020, Brent underwent successful surgeries on both of his hips and his right shoulder.
