Matt Murray's Injury Reportedly Diagnosed as Hamstring Tear

The Pittsburgh Penguins had to survive without Matt Murray for the first two rounds of their Stanley Cup run, due to what turned out to be a relatively serious injury.

The team's starting goalie suffered a torn hamstring at the start of the postseason, per Pittsburgh sportswriter Shelly Anderson.

Marc-Andre Fleury appeared in the first 15 games for Pittsburgh before Murray took over for the last 10 starts.
