Ukraine, a country located in Eastern Europe, has been struggling with poor internet connectivity in remote areas for years. However, the recent launch of Starlink, a satellite internet service provided by SpaceX, has brought hope to many Ukrainians living in rural and remote areas.
Starlink aims to provide high-speed internet to areas where traditional internet service providers (ISPs) have failed to reach. The service uses a constellation of low Earth orbit (LEO) satellites to provide internet connectivity to users on the ground. The satellites are placed in orbit at an altitude of around 550 km, which is much closer to the Earth than traditional geostationary satellites.
