Six games were played in the IIHF World Championship on Saturday, and while it lacked the upsets from the previous night, it was far from boring.
Group A regained some structure to yesterday’s madness as Denmark and Germany both found a way to win. Both had difficulties with France and Great Britain but at the end they found a win.
The final game was filled with huge quarterfinal hopes and dreams as Finland and Slovakia clashed. After yesterday both teams were at three points and Finland is in a great position to advance from the group after their win over Slovakia.
