The Boston Bruins pulled two surprise signings on Day 1 of Free Agency. First they inked free-agent forward Nick Foligno to a two-year, $7.6 million deal on Wednesday. Many expected Foligno would sign with the Minnesota Wild to play with is brother Marcus.
The Bruins also signed goaltender Linus Ullmark to a four-year, $20 million contact on the first day of the free-agency period.
