The NHL will be debuting an entirely new format for Sunday's 2016 NHL All-Star Game in Nashville, with four different teams based on the divisions vying for Eastern and Western Conference "championships," before the two victorious divisions square off in a final round.
Each game will be a 20-minute sprint in the format of this year's 3-on-3 overtime change, with all of the available All-Stars cycling in for their respective divisions.
Alex Ovechkin and Jonathan Toews may not be present for this year's All-Star festivities, but there's still a ton of marquee talent who'll be on display in an All-Star showdown unlike anything we've seen before. Follow all of today's All-Star Game action in our Chat Sports iPhone and Android apps!
