Green Bay Packers head coach Mike McCarthy won't coach in the Pro Bowl in Hawaii after coming down with a stomach illness, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN and Weston Hodkiewicz of the Green Bay Press-Gazette.
Schefter also noted Wednesday that doctors have advised against McCarthy traveling. Hodkiewicz reported that Winston Moss, the Packers' assistant head coach and linebackers coach, will take over coaching duties.
Kansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid is the AFC selection. The coaches are chosen from the two highest seeds eliminated in the divisional round of the NFL postseason.
