Wendall Williams from the University of the Cumberlands in Kentucky broke an NFL Regional Combine record by running a 4.19-second 40-yard dash Saturday, according to the NFL Regional Combine's official Twitter.
That's faster than running back Chris Johnson's NFL combine-record 4.24-second 40 he set back in 2008.
Matt Miller of Bleacher Report reported there may be a discrepancy about the time:
On that Wendell Williams 40 time. One scout told me the laser time was 4.32. Hand times were 4.19. #pumpsbrakes
