There are almost as many injured cornerbacks in Washington’s camp right now as there are candidates in Thursday night’s Republican debate, which meant that the Redskins needed to bring in some healthy bodies on Wednesday.
The team announced that they have signed Bryan McCann and DreQuan Hoskey. McCann has made plenty of stops since entering the league as an undrafted free agent with the Cowboys in 2010. He had multiple stints with Dallas and Baltimore before making stops in Oakland, Miami and Arizona, but was out of the league last season after getting cut by the Cardinals.
He has 31 tackles and a 101-yard interception return for a touchdown in 35 career games.
