Former Detroit Lions tight end Brandon Pettigrew was arrested early Sunday morning at a Dallas-area 7-Eleven convenience store following a disturbance.
In video obtained and released by TMZ Sports, Pettigrew is seen punching a glass door after having a conversation with multiple police officers inside the store.
Pettigrew initially pulled away when an officer tried to arrest him, leading to the officers drawing their tasers. Pettigrew then relented and was handcuffed without further incident.
According to TMZ Sports, a Dallas Police Dept. representative said Pettigrew was charged with criminal mischief and was released from custody Sunday at around 1 p.
