Jason Kelce may not consider himself a runner, but he hit the road on Saturday to raise money for a good cause.
The longtime Philadelphia Eagles center ran in the 16th annual Mike's Seafood 5K Run/Walk for Autism in Sea Isle City, New Jersey, to raise money for autism. He finished the race a few seconds past the 43-minute mark.
The yearly event "raises money for the families of children with special needs, autism support groups and special services schools," according to Nicholas Huba of The Press of Atlantic City.
The cause is one important to Kelce and his family as he, his wife, Kylie, and mother, Donna, have all been involved with the Eagles Autism Foundation since it was founded in 2019.
