Giants wide receiver Victor Cruz said recently that he has “no doubt” that he’ll be ready to play in the team’s season opener and that he’ll be the same player he was before tearing his patellar tendon during a game against the Eagles last season.
Before he can make good on those predictions, Cruz is going to have to check off all of the boxes in his rehab and he’s knocked another one off the list. Cruz gave the latest update on his progress on Tuesday night.
“We got [to cutting],” Cruz said, via NJ.
