NFL Week 4 - Miami Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa was stretchered off the field midway through the second quarter of the team's Thursday night game against the Cincinnati Bengals.
Tagovailoa was spun to the ground on a sack by Josh Tupou, slamming his head in the process and exhibiting a fencing response in his arms and hands afterward. According to NFL's Tom Pelissero, Tagovailoa was officially ruled out with head and neck injuries.
Following his exit, Tagovailoa was replaced by Teddy Bridgewater, who started 14 games for Denver last year.
Tagovailoa took a similar blow to the head in Week 3's game against the BuffalO Bills.
