Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence is going to miss his second straight game due to a shoulder injury.

Head coach Doug Pederson announced on Wednesday that Mac Jones will start again this week against the Detroit Lions.

Lawrence has been largely durable throughout his career since the Jaguars selected him with the No. 1 overall pick of the 2021 draft and missed just one game in his first three seasons. However, he suffered a shoulder injury ahead of Jacksonville's Week 10 game against the Minnesota Vikings.
