Tom Coughlin’s clock management costs the Giants yet another game.
At this point, we should be used to this. The New York Giants are the biggest tease in the NFL. Many of the games they have played this season followed the same story line: the Giants outplay their opponents and break down in the final minutes of the game. One would think they would learn from their mistakes, yet here we are talking about their inability to manage the clock, and once again Tom Coughlin is the culprit.
The obvious reason Coughlin should get the blame is the decision to go for it on fourth-and-two at the Jets’ four-yard line.
