Tom Brady’s missing jersey from Super Bowl LI has been found, but the mystery about how it disappeared is still unsolved.
The chief of the Houston Police Department, Art Acevedo, said the jersey, which went missing after the Super Bowl in Houston in February, had been found and recovered in Mexico with the help of the F.B.I. and Mexican authorities.
The N.F.L., the New England Patriots, the F.B.I. and other law enforcement agencies said they located not only the jersey he wore in Super Bowl LI, but Brady’s jersey that went missing two years ago at Super Bowl XLIX in Glendale, Ariz.
