That’s because he’s a full-fledged member of the Homo sapiens species, which Brady confirmed Wednesday when pressed on his robotic responses to questions about whether there’s extra motivation to beat the Indianapolis Colts this Sunday because of their role in Deflategate.
“Well, I’m always pretty motivated, regardless of the opponent,” Brady said at Gillette Stadium. “Regardless of the team or the week, whether that’s a preseason game, whether that’s a regular-season game, they’re all important because there’s so few of those that you get an opportunity (to play) in your life.
