Just when we all thought the Deflategate controversy was a thing of the past, a United States Appeals Court reeled us back in.
As noted by ESPN's Andrew Brandt, the Second Circuit court ruled in favor of the NFL on Monday, reinstating Tom Brady's four-game suspension:
We have a decision from Second Circuit. As expected, in favor of NFL. Orders district court (Berman) to confirm 4-game suspension for Brady.

Judge Richard Berman had previously ruled that commissioner Roger Goodell overstepped his bounds in suspending Brady last year.
