Titans quarterback Marcus Mariota continues to get better reviews than the Entourage movie.
The latest to weigh in with a rave for the work of the second overall pick is Titans wide receivers coach Shawn Jefferson. Jefferson said that his charges are rushing for chances to catch passes from Mariota because the rookie’s throws are always “right on the money.”
He is deadly accurate,” Jefferson said, via ESPN.com. “I am just giddy about his future going forward … He’s the real deal. A couple years ago I was back in Detroit and when Matthew Stafford stepped into the huddle the first time, once I heard his voice and the way he called a play, I said, ‘OK, that’s a real one right there.
