Titans reach deal with safety Rashad Johnson

The Tennessee Titans continue to stockpile veteran defensive assets.

The Titans announced Friday they've struck a deal with ex-Arizona Cardinals safety Rashad Johnson.

Johnson was ranked No. 58 overall on Around The NFL's Top 99 Free Agents list.

The 30-year-old safety started 14 games last season, compiling 61 tackles and five interceptions. Johnson's departure from Arizona was expected after the team signed Tyvon Branch.
