NFL Week 1 - The Tennessee Titans have reached an extension with safety Amani Hooker. According to NFL Network's Ian Rapaport, the deal is worth more than $33 million over the next three seasons.
Currently playing on the final year of his rookie deal, the extension now keeps Hooker in Tennessee through the 2025-2026 season.
The Titans drafted Hooker out of Iowa in the fourth round of the 2019 NFL draft. Hooker has appeared in 44 games since joining the Titans. As the Titans shifted to more two-high looks, a path opened for Hooker to start 12 games at safety in 2021.
